Here is where all the characters are to be listed as well as some basic information on each suit in general (this does include mild information on the Jokers).

All general information is posted here by me before any of the actual characters are posted. Anything that you want noted should be mentioned in the discussion form at some time.

Hᴇᴀʀᴛs
The Heart, or mainly referred to as the Hearts. This
group is mainly known for its women, and is rather formal. Their
reason for having so many known women is simply because the
others are sexist, or at least in the Ace's eyes they
are. The Ace has absolute power over the others. After
the Ace is the King, Queen, and Jack. However the King
is locked up because of his many suicide attempts. It
is said that he knows the Jokers and knows all
information about all that goes on outside, even if he
is locked up. Below the Queen and Jack are 10, 9, 8,
and 7. Under them are 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2. Out of the
four, the Hearts have a defined group of scouts, that
being 8. Because everyone knows they scout, they
tend to be targeted more often than the other
groups. There is only one original member in 8.

Sᴘᴀᴅᴇs
The Spade, or mainly referred to as the Spades. This
group works as a family, the Ace being the
leader. Followed by the Ace are the King, Queen, and
Jack, and after them the nine groups, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4,
3, and 2. For the Spades, each group at the most has 6
people, though 4 or 5 is the usual amount people have.
The only group known to have less is 2, with two
permanent people, newbies would join this group first
if the group had many newbies. The last newbie joined
a year or two ago. this group rarely lets new people
join. Because of this the group is and has always worked
as a family, as I stated above. The King, Queen, and Jack
don't go on "field missions" and leave that to 10 and 9.
Instead they work at one of the Spades hidden bases,
which happens to be a bar. The Spades are also wanted by the police for illegally
selling drugs and illegally owning assault riffles and
many other illegal weapons.

Cʟᴜʙs
The Club, or mainly referred to as the Clovers. This
group is ruthless and filled with a bunch of angry
dumb-asses. Not bad-asses, dumb-asses. They
have a strong hate for the Spades. The Ace himself really hates
the Spades, and because of that the rest of them
are taught to hate the Spades also. The King, Queen,
and Jack are like the Ace. The only difference is the
Queen is actually a woman, obviously, and the only
one with brains here. Her brother, the Jack, is another
story. He has major anger management and loves to beat
people with his metal pipe. He's the reason the Clubs
are known as angry dumb-asses, but the group itself
just adds on to angry dumb-ass thing.
Under the King, Queen, and Jack are 10, 9, 8, and 7.
And below them, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2.

Dɪᴀᴍoɴᴅs
The Diamond, or mainly referred to as the Diamonds.
This bunch works a bit differently than all the others.
The Ace and King work together, apart from the group
usually. So the Jack and Queen have power over the
groups. 10, 9, and 8 are for their more strong members.
The rest, being 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 are for the weaker.
The Diamonds mainly operate as a group of healers and
are considered soft by many in the other groups
as they do not often take part in any controversy.

Tʜᴇ Joᴋᴇʀs
The Jokers. This killer group of two are the most wanted
by all the groups and police. Wanted by the police for
rape, murder, prostitution, mass murder, assault on an
officer, and more, much more. Wanted by the Spades,
Hearts, Clubs, and Diamonds for mass murder on their
men and shaming their titles and destroying what ties
some of the groups had with the police. Most people
believe there is one Joker but there truly is two. They
just look alike? Or people are blind, because there are
differences. Their way of attacking is a bit different than
others. One shows himself to the enemy, then the other
comes up from behind and grabs them, covering their
eyes so they can't see. It's a rather interesting way of
grabbing people, but it works.

Group: Kuri is a member of the Spades, if that's alright.
Appearance: Link and link because I don't feel like explaining his looks. He has a dragon tatoo that goes up hus arm and stops around his shoulder blade. It can sometimes be seen over the collar of his shirt.
History: Kuri doesn't talk much to any one and doesn't have any one he's particularly close to so no one really knows.
Weapons: Ookurikara uses a sword as well as a gun usually kept at his hip.
Power[s]: Kuri has no powers.

Name: Rikyuu
Nickname[s]: Riki
Age: 16-18 range

Rank: 4 but she's rising in the ranks.
Group: Club/Clovers
Appearance: Boop
History: She's the youngest of 8 and a cousin of the Jack and Queen of Clover, but gets no special treatment and often does her best to keep it a secret.
Weapons: Throwing knives. She's really good at darts too.
Power[s]: No known powers.
Other: N/A.

Age: She appears to be 15-16 but is actually 19.

Rank: She's an 8 (in training) and is a star student there. Expected to even rise to replace the first scout.

History: N/A
Weapons: She has two small guns on her at all times that she can duel wield or use singularly.

Nickname[s]: Azzy, Azu, but only by her cousin.

Group: Diamond
Appearance: She has short, straggly dark blonde hair that goes down to her shoulders and amber colored eyes.
She showed up in a pair of jeans and a banged up t-shirt as well as a floofy black scarf.
She still wears the scarf as well as the regular uniform as well as a bandage around her wrist that she claims is sprained.
History: the only publicly known thing about her is that she has family/relations with people in Spade and had a recent run in with the Jokers.
Weapons: Undecided.
Power[s]: If any they're unknown.
Other: most people dislike her due to her family ties with the Spades.

Nickname[s]: Aka, Shi as well as a number of not-so-polite ones from people.

Appearance: Akashi has shaggy black hair that goes just past his neck, but not exactly shoulder length you know, and hangs in his face along with blue-purple eyes behind no-frame glasses. He wears the standard uniform, lazily, along with a few pants chains and a simple necklace with a charm no one really knows what is.
History: None.
Weapons: Sword/Katana as well as his recently discovered/received power even though he's not supposed to.
Power[s]: Some, again, recently discovered, fire/plasma manipulation.
Other: Is a smoker and a jerk, as well as flirtatious.

Name: What her actual name is isn't known any more besides maybe to the Ace.
Nickname[s]: Kokoro by the Ace and others, 8, etc.

Appearance: Kokoro has short red-velvet hair that is sometimes braided and some times not and gold-yellow eyes. She no longer bothers with the normal uniform. She wears a white collard shirt with a necktab type thing much like the Queen's, though they're not affiliated directly, under a dark brown vest with black pants and brown combat-type boots.
History: She's the oldest known member of 8, though she doesn't seem to be getting any older..
Weapons: Anything she can get her hands on could easily be used but she almost always has her custom machine-type gun with her. How she carries that and stays quiet, no one really knows.
Power[s]: None.
Other: Mmmh, nah.

Name: Souza
Nickname[s]: Queen's Butler, lapdog, and other insulting things he tends to ignore.
Age: Hard to say. Early 20s maybe?

Rank: 10 although he might as well be something higher.
Group: Hearts
Appearance: Boop.
History: Souza works directly under the Queen of Hearts as a body guard or butler of sorts due to some personal reasons.
Weapons: Souza uses knives and his speed almost in an assassin type of way.

Other: Is one of the only "respected" men in Hearts.

Rank: She is a proud member of 7.

Appearance: Boop and boop.
History: She's been training as a member of Hearts since she was a small girl and is the younger sister of the Ace, which gives her some advantages she does exploint, very willingly.
Weapons: She's moved around the groups of her suit a lot and knows how to use just about anything but she does tend to favor close range weapons.
Power[s]: None.
Other: Nope.

Miho has long dark brown, wavy hair that is pinned up at the back of her head and hangs in her face slightly and red-purple eyes. She wears a Victorian style dress that comes to a little above her knees and frills up all over the place along with thigh high buckle up shoes of the same style and a pair of black stockings under all this. She wears a tie/neck tab-type thing above the collar of her dress with a pendant bearing a small, white heart. She (or Souza) also usually carries an umbrella that is actually a type of gun, though it has no trigger and seems to only be operational by Miho, that fires high-speed bullets with deadly accuracy even with a lack of aim on her part. It is also unclear if this can actually be used as an umbrella.
